It’s one of my first serious projects, photographing and interviewing my friend Jess. I’ve never seen so much paper work, contracts etc etc etc, though I’m quite happy I was hired to do it, I think the product turned out to be exactly what I had hoped it to be. Plus, I’ve always wanted to photograph Jess.

The NFB is producing a lot of amazing work for this project on the economic crisis.
